Meet Jacob Roberts.

Jacob Roberts, Administrative Officer, holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown College in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Jacob joined New Covenant Trust Company as a Trust Associate in July 2023 and was promoted to his current role in August 2024. He is responsible for assisting Trust Officers and the Client Relationship Team with administrative needs regarding accounts, including updating authorized signers, handling withdrawal requests, opening new accounts, and client review booklets. Prior to joining NCTC, Jacob had over two years of client relationship experience as well as valuable experience within the customer service space.
