Meet Ashley Smalley-Ray.

Director of Compliance, Ashley earned her B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville and is a member in good standing with the Kentucky Bar Association. She previously served as Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer before being promoted to Director of Compliance in February 2024. Prior to joining NCTC, Ashley practiced at a law firm where she specialized in trust and estate administration and estate planning.
